Creating Editorial Operations for a Cross-Functional 30,000+ Subscriber Newsletter
When I joined SIAM, the monthly organizational newsletter lacked a standardized production process. I designed and implemented an editorial operations system that streamlined collaboration across departments, improved governance, and established a repeatable publishing workflow.
